Playfun offers a one year warranty for our machines for any issues, new software will be sent with delivery costs covered by Playfun.

Yes sure, we can provide a suggested parts list to buy when you buy machines.

Q4. Can Playfun handle parts and service internationally?
Yes, Playfun's parts service department will send your parts correctly.

Q5. What type of payments does Playfun accept?
Trade assurance by credit card, Alipay Bank transfer cash.

Q6. Do you have a showroom and can I come and visit?
Yes we do, 1000 square-meter show room.

Q7. How long will it take to receive my arcade game?
We can delivery to you within 7–15 days. Customized orders will take little long.

Q8. What about damage during shipment - what should I do?
Call us immediately! DO NOT accept any machine that is damaged. Before sending the product to you, we ensure every product is in good condition. Then please take some photo of the damaged goods, and contact uimmediately. We will contact the forwarder to deal with it. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage after receipt.
